You may be required to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other acceptable identity document before your account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. k6game reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one k6game account. Where k6game identifies that a Player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same identity, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — k6game reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that Player, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forf eit all bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at k6game's sole discretion subject to the outcome of any investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your k6game login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. k6game will not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials adequately.
If you suspect that your k6game account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k6game's support team immediately via the contact information provided in Section 16 of these Terms. k6game will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.
An account is considered dormant where no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. k6game reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by the mobile number on file before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
You may request closure of your k6game account at any time by contacting k6game's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active investigations are in progress.
k6game currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard debit and credit cards. k6game reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by k6game by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Before any withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and proof of your payment method. k6game targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, though processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in that promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable. k6game reserves the right to remove bonus funds that remain unplayed for longer than the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms.
All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, and bet settlements on k6game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k6game does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any transactions processed through payment methods that involve a currency conversion on the payment provider's side will be received by k6game in PKR, and any currency conversion costs are borne by the Player.
Anti-Money Laundering: k6game is required to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. k6game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of the review. k6game will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
k6game offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specified for the individual promotion.
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, bonuses are available only to players with verified accounts who have completed KYC verification. Welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing players on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held a k6game account under any identity are not eligible for welcome bonuses on a newly registered account.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms.

k6game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed a bonus under it, the player will be given the opportunity to complete any outstanding wagering requirement under the terms that applied at the time of claiming, unless the cancellation is necessitated by fraud, system error, or legal or regulatory requirement.
All casino games available on the k6game platform — including slots, live dealer games, and specialty titles such as Fisher Game and Limbo — use certified Random Number Generator technology or live dealer mechanics that comply with international gaming standards. k6game does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is available within the game interface or upon request from k6game's support team.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, k6game reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win that would not have been awarded under normal operating conditions, k6game reserves the right to void such a win. The decision of k6game's technical team regarding malfunction-related disputes is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the k6game platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. k6game reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who consistently win large amounts from specific games may, at k6game's sole discretion, have customised bet limits applied to their account.
k6game reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed using funds derived from a fraudulent transaction; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or the bet was placed due to a technical error affecting odds, game parameters, or bet limits. Void bets will have the original wager returned to the Player's account.
k6game reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any sports bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. The acceptance of a bet does not guarantee payout if it is subsequently found that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms, was accepted due to a pricing error, or relates to an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
Odds offered on the k6game sportsbook are set by k6game's trading team and may occasionally contain errors. Where a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect — including but not limited to odds that were set in error due to a data feed failure, human error, or system fault — k6game reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled as a win.
Cricket betting, including PSL (Pakistan Super League) markets, is subject to the general sports betting rules set out in this Section and to any specific rules applicable to the cricket betting product as displayed within the sportsbook. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, k6game will settle bets in accordance with its cricket-specific settlement rules, which are available within the sportsbook interface.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events on the k6game sportsbook. In-play odds are subject to rapid change reflecting live match conditions. k6game reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a period when a market was incorrectly left open following a key match event may be voided at k6game's discretion.
k6game applies a maximum payout limit to sports betting winnings per event per player. This limit is displayed within the sportsbook and may vary by sport and market type. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the maximum limit, the bet will be accepted but settlement will be capped at the maximum payout amount applicable to that market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k6game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the requested period. All content on the k6game platform — including the k6game brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of k6game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the k6game platform without the prior written consent of k6game. Unauthorised use of k6game's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k6game shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if k6game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k6game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to k6game in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k6game makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. k6game will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability outside of k6game's reasonable control.
k6game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where k6game has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct, or where continued operation of the account would pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to k6game.
Where an account is terminated by k6game for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, real-money funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of account termination for cause.
You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 3.5 of these Terms.
k6game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, k6game will notify registered players via the mobile number on file or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The amended Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes.
